Why can't I return an item?
We cut each sticker according to the specifications you choose. Due to the custom nature of the stickers, we cannot process refunds. If you have any issues with your decal, please message us and we would love to help fix the issue if possible!
Shipping Update
***SHIPPING UPDATE***
Due to issues with First Class Letter tracking through Etsy, we are changing the way we ship. Some orders that have been dropped off are still showing pre-transit. If your order is one of these orders, please know that all orders are mailed within the scheduled shipping dates. The tracking is not updating on a lot of orders, so if you have not received your decal after a week from the date it was marked as shipped, PLEASE message us and we will ship a replacement out to you right away! We apologize for the inconvenience this tracking bug has caused.
